Welcome to StrongFree Screen Printing & More. By placing an order with us via email or phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, protect your creative work, and help us deliver the highest quality results.

1. Order Process
•     All orders are initiated through direct communication—either by email or phone.
•     Orders are confirmed only after mockup approval and acceptance of a written quote.
•     Production begins once confirmation and payment terms are met.

2. Design Files
•     Customers are responsible for providing print-ready or embroidery-ready files. We accept common formats such as PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, and DST.
•     If design assistance is requested, additional fees may apply.
•     StrongFree may retain design files for up to 12 months to support reorders or portfolio use unless otherwise requested.

3. Revisions & Cancellations
•     Revisions after mockup approval may incur additional charges.
•     Cancellations must be made before production begins. Once materials are prepped or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Turnaround Time
•     Estimated turnaround times are provided with each quote and vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload.
•     Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Payment Terms
•     Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.
•     Accepted payment methods include [insert methods—e.g., PayPal, Zelle, check].
•     Orders will not ship or be available for pickup until payment is received in full.

6. Returns & Refunds
•     Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
•     Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by StrongFree.
•     We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files or specifications.

7. Intellectual Property
•     Customers retain full rights to their original designs.
•     StrongFree reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
•     StrongFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, lost shipments, or misuse of products.
•     We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or acts beyond our control.
